LLB qualified in Eygpt in 1982 and has more than 32 years of experience of litigation in Oman and Eygpt. Mr Al Jindi’s expertise is in his attention to detail and his considerable experience in the drafting and reviewing of contracts and other legal documents. Mr Al Jindi is licensed as an advocate to appear before the Supreme Court of Oman and his areas of expertise are; civil, criminal, commercial and corporate litigation.
LLB, Is head of our Administrative Law department and has more than 34 years experience as an advocate in Egypt and Oman. He is licensed to appear in the Supreme Court of Oman. Mr Safeers’ expertise is in administrative, civil, commercial and corporate litigation with a distinguished history of defending and prosecuting claims for commercial organisations as well as private individuals. Mr. Safeer has particular competences in arbitration and conflict resolution and also in the drafting and review of contracts and legal documentation. His languages are Arabic & English.
Mohammed Al Sabbagh
LL. B; has more than 13 years’ experience as an advocate in Oman and Egypt. He is licensed to appear before the Appeal Court of Oman. Mr Al Sabbaagh’s areas of competence are; civil, administrative, commercial and corporate litigation and the drafting and review of contracts. His languages are Arabic and English
Sumayia Al Rashdi
LLB; Oman; is an Oman –qualified experienced litigator managing a broad portfolio of litigation matters including family, shari’a, civil, commercial and criminal. Ms Al Rashdi has particular competences in arbitration and conflict resolution and also in the drafting and review of contracts and legal documentation.
Masoud Al Hadidi
LLB; is an Oman-qualified associate advices and represents a wide range of clients both individual and corporate in relation to legal proceedings before all Oman’s primary courts. Mr Al Hadidi’s practice areas are; family, shari’a, civil, commercial and employment.
Farhat Al Zakwani
LLB Oman; is an Oman-qualified associate in the litigation department. Since joining Khalifah Al Hinai team, Ms Al Zakwani has developed extensive experience as a litigator representing individuals as well as corporate entities.
Humood Al Mukhaini
LLB; is a trainee assistant to the Dispute Resolution team. Since joining Khalifa Al Hinai, Mr Al Mukhaini has participated in advising and representing a wide range of clients and has worked on criminal, administrative and civil cases.
Ms Basma M Said
BA (Hons), MPhil, is an Oman-qualified associate who was also admitted to the Roll of Solicitors for England and Wales in 2014. As a UK-trained lawyer, she worked with both Omani and International Law firms in Oman and London representing multi-national clients on major projects.
In addidtion to her corporate experience, Ms Said is an experienced advocate licensed to appear in the Primary Court.

LLB.,(BU), India; Mr Lalachen has over 18 years experience as a legal Consultant in law firms in the Sultanate of Oman. Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and other Indian Sub-continental languages Mr Lalachen is able to engage with Omans’ diverse mercantile community. He has extensive knowledge and experience in drafting, vetting and review of Agreements and legal documents, Corporate and Commercial Law, Agency, Real Estate, Labour Law, Registration and Restructure of companies and entities, IPOs and Securities.
Rashad Al Bulushi
